Restless Development is seeking an Evaluation Consultant

Restless Development is a youth-led development agency whose mission is to place young people at the forefront of change and development. We are seeking a suitably qualified consultant to complete an evaluation of our Training and Capacity Building program run in partnership with the MTV Staying Alive Foundation. The evaluation is being commissioned to assess the impact of the Training and Capacity Building program to inform both program development and the expansion of this area of work across Restless Development.

APHRC is seeking a Research Scientist for a Family Planning Program

The African Population & Health Research Center (APHRC) is an international non-profit, nongovernmental organization committed to conducting high quality and policy relevant research on population, health, education and development issues facing sub-Saharan Africa. APHRC seeks to recruit a Research Scientist to support a six-year (2009-2015) family planning program entitled “Measurement, Learning and Evaluation (MLE) of the Urban Reproductive Health Initiative (URHI)” being implemented in urban areas of Kenya, Nigeria and Senegal. Led by the University of North Carolina, USA, the project is using state-of-the-art methods to evaluate the impact of the URHI on modern contraceptive use and examine other related questions. II. Workshop Opportunity
 
Regional Workshop on Monitoring & Evaluation of HIV/AIDS Programs
Application Deadline (Extended): 6 January 2012 
 
USAID’s MEASURE Evaluation Project and the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) are pleased to offer a regional workshop on “Monitoring and Evaluation of HIV/AIDS Programs,” from 13 - 22 February 2012 in New Delhi, India. Taught in English, the course is designed for national and sub-national level M&E professionals and their counterparts, assistants and advisors who are involved with the implementation of HIV/AIDS programs.  The workshop offers intensive training that will cover the fundamental concepts and tools for monitoring and evaluating HIV/AIDS programs.
